As our new Sales Manager / Chief you act as Location and Sales Manager, where you are responsible for one or more of our Tribes locations in Frankfurt, from A to Z with a focus on generating more business. Thanks to your substantive knowledge, pro-activity and good communication skills, you give advice to (potential) customers and rent out the office spaces in your business center. You understand better than anyone that customer satisfaction is crucial for success. In this position you also manage the team at the location.

In this varied position, your tasks include:

  • Recruiting potential members
  • Giving tours of your Tribes office to potential members
  • Renting offices, workplaces, meeting rooms
  • Managing, motivating and coaching the center team
  • Ensuring optimal customer satisfaction
  • Initiating initiatives (marketing campaigns, network drinks, etc.) to increase the occupation of your Business Center

Do you recognize yourself in the points below as a Sales Manager?

  • Minimum of 2 years (hospitality) B2B sales new business experience is a must!
  • Bachelor work and thinking level
  • High level of service and customer focus
  • Good communication skills in German and English, both oral and written
  • Flexible attitude and the ambition to always do the best to achieve results
  • Young, enthusiastic, open personality with perseverance and guts
  • Precise and accurate in processing data
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce)
